Sunny, the ctxs/msft deal is fully documented in the SEC filings. Go to ctxs profile, then click SEC filings, study carefully and make your own judgement about how the payments should be accounted. It is definitely true that there will not be a version of Winframe later than NT 3.51. It was MSFT refusal to license NT4.0 to CTXS that casused the CTXS crash last spring. CTXS got $75 million cash plus up to $100 million in future royalty as a consolation prize. But you don't have to take my word for it, it is all there in the SEC filings and news releases.
