I cannot comprehend how a simple, I would say trivially complex task adding up information for 1 to N candidates for 1 to N locations for 1 to N revotes can be botched up so catastrophically.

HOW HOW HOW can you find software dunces so stupid they cannot get it right.

1 set of data in each phone.

A server program filling a database by candidate x locations wide and Y revotes.

Server takes data per candidate and using last revote which is when no remaining candidate has less then 15% of the total vote.

And then you have case of logic and if this then other exceptions

The total number of candidates after the last location votes could yeild more the 100%
I do not know rules here. Maybe they did not see this and it screwed up the server logic

There are a few oh by the ways rules. The core math logic is at most 4 hours work. then it is all using an AP gui building tool to layout the init step, and data entry per revote.

Com with the servers is all samo samo functions built into the AP gui building tool

The math is addition and multiplication.

Software validation and testing is trivial.

HOW HOW HOW can you find software dunces so stupid they cannot get it right.

Science, engineering and technology imbeciles have no clue how to find competent engineers.

I wrote this program outline in 20 minutes.

Program development time line.

If the rules of iowa caucus were logically and clearly written, 1 hour to know them. A day to work with the
amateur experts to know I know them.

I could have created the logic of this program in 1 to 4 hours.
I have not attempted to write any phone APs and do not follow the various software gui tools currently in use.
It could take me a day too a week to figure out the current best in such tools.

In gereral all such tools can be downloaded for a free try and videos explain and overview said tools.
I would also consult with my first string software experts.

A day to a week to learn the selected tool.

A day to write the program

A day to aweek to validate and verify the logic.
