Better question...Why with all your DD haven't you been able to determine who the $10MM investor is or why the money was delayed to the 28th? And if you have discovered who the investor is and why the cash was delayed, why have you opted for a misinformation campaign with TLWatson as opposed to sharing the truth with the thread. It demonstrates that either, your DD is not sufficent, or...you are purposely spreading misinformation, IMO, on behalf of shortsellers. Were you ever able to document the amount of shares you actually purchased of GIFS as opposed to the number you claimed? As I remember it, the lawyers were not satisfied with your 'faxes', they could be 'doctored' Pugs
