This is not the only example of democrats not being able to deliver software. We are all aware of the Obamacare web site debacle. I'll give you another. In Mn. the democrat administration under Dayton undertook to write, from scratch. a system to register cars, license plates, etc. Years and nearly $billion later it barely worked. Give us another $billion legislature and we'll get it working great. Another $billion and a couple of years later no improvement. Give us another $billion legislature and we'll get it working great. Nope. The legislature told them to buy an of the shelf application a bunch of other states use. The whole project was a total waste of dollars and time an headaches for anyone buying a car, for years.
