I am not aware of any oral antibiotics that cross the blood brain barrier. I recognize that iv steroids are used with some types of meningitis in children and that the steroids cross the blood brain barrier. I am not aware if oral steroids cross over. If they don't, would it not be a stretch to assume that biogen's product or apanol could? Of course inflazyme has not made any claims re: this
