Sorry great accountant but you are in error. I made the same mistake when I looked at the financials a couple months ago. You counted the same shares 2-3 times. Par's total shares has included rII partners shares already. Same with BArry witz with bright lite and sharon with RT...

Stewart,
The float of Osicom stock is well over 6 million, Par, Rand and RII have 22.7% combined.

Barry Witz and Britelite together have 16.9%.

My opionion, the runup was a release of emotions by investors who were waiting for the right time to take their positions, I see no reason for the new trend to stop, the market rewards trends, and this trend is up!!!!!!!!!

If it is true that all these "sort of insiders" own 82+% of the stock- how could it be that not enough proxies were received to make a quorum for the recent annual meeting ? dowjoe
