I haven't seen the report myself (a broker friend did) so I'm not sure of the timeline I assume it is the standard 12 - 18 months. As for Sprott Securities, they are based out of Toronto and are a respected small cap type brokerage firm.

Break out today thru a major resistance point ($4.00). This bodes well for the stock. We are on our way for a major move up.
