One more point. Assume everything goes well and Murrray's buys
the unit. Will OZON have the resources to dominate the ozone market
before they have competition? Will patents be broad enough to limit
competition? Will the other Bill take care of Saddam before our
whole planets irradiated?

Joe the Murray's contract is not the first pilot test of ozone decontamination for Cyclopss. It's simply is the first openly announced pilot test. Try reading through some of the newspaper articles from the last few months about Cyclopss at the company web site. Here's a link to get you there:

cyclopss.com

Did you find the references to a prepackaged salad maker? How about a major beef processor? I for one believe that there are lots more tests going on that will not reach the press limelight for a while. Even Murray's made the point in their press release to state that they had had no consumer health problems assciated with their chickens. These companies don't want to openly admit the testing is going on because it's an admission of an actual or potential problem.

Contaminated Food!

But sooner I think rather than later there will be more attention coming our way. After all this is the year of food awareness. Did you see this morning's USA WEEKEND article on food irradiation? No mention of ozone but our time is coming. I mean would you think about how good the enviromentally freindly and relatively inexpensive use of ozone decontamination is going to look to the companies at the United Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association meeting next month compared to irradiation. So do I think you will be getting back in for 1 1/4 soon?

techstocks.com

Or are you already back in?

No matter. Just a couple more points. First ozone smells sweet. It is used to clear and freshen the air for very good reasons. If anyone thinks a pet store would smell better without the use of ozone then they are nuts. Cyclopss is not going after small insignificant markets where there is little money to be made. Let someone else do that with their ozone technology.

Finally you seem to be stuck on the shaky financials? You are worried about further dilution? Who ever said that would not happen? Believe me if the company has to raise more money through another offering they will get that money. Personally I would love to get in on the next round. Why? Because this is a $430 billion a year food processing industry turning out tainted products. OZON has the solution. OZON shareholders will ultimately benefit.

If OZON hits 1 1/4 again...I will be buying too. BTW Joe thanks for the URL to the excellent TA site. You are smart to include TA in your assessment of a stock. Fundamentals and real knowledge of a company is important as well. But all investors should do their best to buy low and sell high. You made money on your sale of OZON and I for one acknowledge that you used sound principles of investing to do that.

So are you back in now? Are you hoping for 1 1/4 before getting back in? Are you getting back in at all?

OZON's patent position is not nearly as important as the fact that they are working closely with the FSIS to write the book on ozone decontamination. Patents are trampled on every single day resulting in lawsuits. But Cyclopss has a lead that will result in proprietary equipment designs for all kinds of food processing decontamination. Is ADM working on ozone decontamination? If they ever do I bet it will be with the help of Cyclopss.
