In order to be proactive you need management which has been down the path before and can anticipate the next developments. ...>> I can assure you that thoughts of the birth of the future had been stated by this management, an inquiry to understand is a primary ingredient of management. Leaders will lead in this NEWTECH MINING INDUSTRY. Such leaders will include "forward-thinking" management types/ and many talents will be drawn upon. Reasonable managers will take a look/see/think/study approach on the needs and transitions of a newtech mining industry . This company and others are planning to look-see-think-study at the options as a transition to the developement stage from the exploration stage is well aware to these " new explorers!" My "showtime" comments failed elsewhere, and yet I still have high hopes; there AND here. Chuca
