I don't think their China figures are accurate. The January 31st estimate was 11,000+ a bit. They seem to have gotten rid of their blog. They had a blog entry for January 31 that said that their estimate (not the reported # of 11,000+) for the actual infection total was 50,000 at that time.

Also, deaths need to be against the infected numbers for 5-7 days earlier which when the deceased originally got sick.

I think it's worse then we know, and with so much of the medical stuff coming from China and else where, we're screwed if it gets a foot hold here.

But honestly, it's all speculation for now for us lowly peasants.
