I'm just getting to know this company. I like

what I see and my timing is to good to be true.

At this price I can't go wrong. A company that is

barely mentioned on this thread is SNTKY. Everything

I have read about it seems to put it in strong

contention here. Is there concern in this area?

I would appreciate anyones thoughts on this.

Thanks Bob

Braddy, I suppose I have to spell it out for you again:

""Further, for cardiac stress testing it's infused intravenously (0.14 mg/kg/min) over a 4- minute interval to achieve high serum concentrations in a subset of patients with known or probable atherosclerotic heart disease.""

ANSWER :THESE PATIENTS ARE ON A CARDIAC MONITOR!!Are Sildenafil patients going to be hooked up to the monitor during intercourse in bed? If a future president were to have ED and using Sildenafil are we going to place a cardiac monitor in the bedroom , ( or the study, as the case maybe )?

""This is the SAME subset of patients for whom the use of sildenafil
is drawing so much concern.""

ANSWER: Correct, when you like to other brother and sister drugs, Amiodarone, Milrinone ane Theophylline.

"" For now, until further is known about sidenafil, this is our best approximation of its possible adverse effects on this ED patient population."".

ANSWER: As above 2nd reply. That is why we are so concerned.( another reason for being so concerned is tha we have Urologists like Irwin Goldstein, surgeons, wit limited knowledge of drugs, deciding whether
a drug is safwe or not on the heart, retina, other. The Viagra studies clearly indicate that only " routine and usual laboratory
tests were done on these patients. We don't have ophthalmologists conducting retinal flurescein studies.

Brad:<re persantines apparent safety and lack of side affects even though its a PDE 5 inhibitor>
All enzyme inhibition is site specific and dose related.Persantine doesn't cause erections because of low doses probably or due to any number of other possibilities.I believe the PDE5 inhibitory pathway will require such high doses of sildenafil other PDE enzymes will also be inhibited to some degree thus increasing the side effects.
I know the party line on specificity of sildenafil for PDE5 sites but I can't imagine it not causing systemic side effects if given in doses large enough to assist penile erection. Some additional PDE inhibition would have to occure.
