In health insurance, and this predates Obamacare, most communications have to be made available in any language spoken by at least some percentage (perhaps 50%?) of the people in any county in the Country. Insurers I did consulting for in MA and RI had documents translated to Navaho to meet Federal requirements. Not many Navaho speakers in MA. Tagalog is also on the list.
