Wow! I did not know that, but thanks for posting. Of course, I disagree with that. I think challengers to Trump ought to be given a chance. Interestingly enough, Trump won the nomination in Iowa with 97% of the votes. I think he'd similarly win across all states in that manner. No one can beat Trump. No one in the RNC, no Independent, and no one in the DNC. This is all just theater between now and November.

Who are the top candidates on the DNC side? Buttigieg? The guy is too young and inexperienced. He seems bright enough, but he doesn't have broad appeal. Warren? She's already buried herself by moving too far left and have a plan for spending $40 trillion on medicare for all. Bernie? He can win the nomination, but not the Presidential election, because one thing that will make all of the center and right come out to vote will be if we need to vote down a Communist. So what about Biden? That dude is damaged goods. He has the stink of corruption, and even if he didn't, he's clearly lost his marbles and is teetering on senility. Then there is his weird hair sniffing and lurking incidents. So no, the DNC has no one. Will Hillary rise from the dead? Will Bloomberg spend enough money to buy the election? Those are your best options, but they simply don't have the likability to beat Trump.

So I think come November, sadly, you and the Democrats are going to be faced with relieving your disappointment again like this lady:
