The LOR FAQ has just been updated. The Oppy report summary has been added to, a great post by Carnoustie from AOL. The Short interest has begun to decline, down almost 1,000,000 shares since the Jan 10 report. Unfortunately that info is reported monthly, but still that is good news, and it supports the idea of a short covering rally before the launch.

Read and enjoy, idt.net

Valueman,

I wish I could tell you what I knew about L-Star, but that would be
un-professional on my part. Your assesment that it is a mess

Reusing a satellite design for one program on a differant program
(i.e. orbital slot) isn't that striaght forward, but it can be done.
Usually the payload is design to point to a certain location of the
Earth, and changing that location isn't all that easy. But, it can
be done without too much re-work.
