Thanks for sharing that video, I think it's very important for everyone to view it...

First of all, even if what that video says is exaggerated, and I'm not at all saying that it is, but even then, I think each and every one of us should take serious precautions as best as we can to make sure we're not caught short in a supply chain disruption that could send civil order very quickly into civil unrest and upheaval...

Sure, the influenza virus is far more prevalent in the United states, but it's very obviously NOT the same as this kind of Wuhan Corona Virus which is apparently accelerating and spreading, the real risk from this particular virus is the economic impact it can have on the global economy...

If Japan is already in a recession and the broader European economy has already been reporting weak economic numbers (even before the virus was ever known) then this already poses a threat the the U.S. economy since we require trading partners to trade with us in order to keep our economy moving along briskly...

Additionally, we already know that China is is lock down across at least a dozen major cities, people cannot leave their homes except for every other day one person can go shopping for necessities...

This means 3 out of 4 of the world's largest economies are already in regression if not already showing signs of recession...

If China has already shut down at least a dozen of their largest ports, then 100,000 containers a day are not being shipped out to other parts of the world... if so, then supply chain shortages world wide should occur soon enough...

Sure, it may be unnecessary to panic and expect the worst, but I do think anyone who merely shrugs this virus episode aside as nothing is being naive and foolish...

It would be amazing if our markets didn't also begin to stumble because of the wider global economic environment due to this virus...

One should always be prepared no matter what, it's much like owning a fire extinguisher for you home... no one is expecting a fire inside their home but having a fire extinguisher surely provides that additional level of security, confidence, and safely...

We live in a hurricane zone, so we're constantly prepared for most anything including food and water shortages, power outages, and so on... I think it's only wise...

Thanks again for that video, everyone should view it...
