He will be shunned by both parties, but the Dems will use him for a while as the useful idiot that he is. Out of 535 members in Congress, Romney is the only turncoat and traitor. At least the Democrat had the guts to switch parties.

The dimms have shown themselves to be extremely incompetent over the past few months. But they can't be this stupid, can they? <g> The divide in the dim party is as great as it ever was (in my recollection) in the rep party. They have some extremely competent people at campaigning and undermining the country socially. However, they have ended up where they are because they have so many different factions pulling in opposite directions. The party is divided along political grounds with progressives on one hand and hard core socialists on the other. Some of the socialists don't really care about socialism, they are just Biblical "cut the baby in half" kind of people who put depriving others ahead of their own welfare. Then you have swamp warfare with the various factions. Some of the "movements" ( to allegedly further the welfare / opportunities for their constituents) have been hijacked by pocket-lining opportunists who align better with a radical agenda than they do with the interests of the group. (Feminists, minorities, LBQ..., etc). For them the movement is an end to a means. The reality is that all these so-called "isms" are not as prevalent as these clowns would have one believe. However, dims programs don't help these folks anyway. The factions have reliably voted dim for a long time, but now their pocketbooks are calling as well. All they have is to call DJT names or accuse him of non-existent crimes. Now, the reality is that DJT is NOT a sexist , bigot, homophobic etc. They have nothing other than to double down on the BS. Their programs are incompetent for the those supposedly helped by them. Their biggest problem (for dims) is that DJT is winning and scoring victory after victory. They are being pulled in two different ideological directions and the result is management by committee. The leadership is evil and dangerous and may seem like buffoons but the money backing them isn't. Without an msm aiding and abetting they be finished.
