Again, the problem is in every large organization.

Conservatism is not a corporate value.

The military has been on gigantic social experiment since the Clinton's.

All you have to do is look at the policies, i.e. transgenders, women in combat units, EEO, don't ask don't tell, SHARP, etc. etc etc. and what you get is a less effective and cohesive force because it is all about weakening and marginalizing the conservative/constitutional ideology.

So those who don't ascribe to all the BS don't get promoted which just re-enforces the feedback loop of leftists going to the top.

So the Military is not different than any Fortune 500 company where during a CEO search the unspoken rule is Conservatives/Constitutionalists need not apply.
