Last year I was sitting in my living room and I heard the roaring of aircraft engines.

These were no ordinary engines, but the unmistakable deep throat-ed unmuffled roar of radial aircraft engines.

Well I ran outside and to my distinct pleasure it was a B-17 flying at about 1500 feet. It was quite a sight to behold. First time I had seen one in flight in about 20 years.
