The Montreal site is quite straightforward; the TSE site isn't: the "fully-qualified symbol" for options is of the form ABC.d.e

where d and e are the standard symbols for expiration month and strike price ... if you're not familiar with these, it's probably easier to search for your stock at the bottom of the page and then click on the various links that are presented, some of which will take you to option quotes (sorry, I don't remember exactly which ones).
