Yeah, I'm with you, brother. Unlike many of my friends, I don't really wish the Democrat party would die and disappear. I actually wish they'd be a successful party of rational human beings. But something very irrational is going on in that party. And yes, maybe Trump has brought out the worst in the Democrats, but the problem is that we only have two darned parties in this country. So when one of them is imploding from self-inflicted wounds and radical mania, that leaves us with an unrestrained remaining party. I'm a centrist and I don't like extremes whether they are leftist or to the right. So we need balance. Unfortunately, the left is turning to Socialism and Communism and radical immorality. The right has maintained some bit of equilibrium so far. I hope that continues, but if history is any guide, extremism on the left will create extremism on the right. That is not good for those of us who want to see our country survive for the long term.
