Hi everybody- we'll all be watching this week...

Like John, I too am following Dr. DeCastro. I'm waiting for reports from phase II studies and I'm hoping for big news.

I'm still learning the ropes for real small companies like this- I've been playing NTII (and DRYD) on and off for about 1.5 years, but this is the biggest bet I have put on either of them in anticipation of a big announcement. I'm trying to come up with a plan of action so that I am not too emotional (fearful or greedy) when I need to take a decisive action on my position...

If the news is bad (or even if it is just 'ho-hum') I suspect it's all over for us. (easy- no decisions to make) On the other hand, I am have been thinking about what I'll be doing in the event of a very positive anouncement of results. How big will the bang be? What are good results worth? What is the company/drug worth as a buyout target at this point? Would it be wise to sell quickly at some post-announcement peak (or some other preset limit) or would I be wise to hold a couple days for possible partnership announcements? Sell before the announcement to guarantee some profit and to follow the philosophy that you 'buy on rumor, sell on news'? Hopefully these questions will not jinx me or be a case of 'counting the chicks before', but I would be interested in getting some perspectives on how to play this one, assuming the company doesn't fold...
