Chip DID NOT make me change my opinion about CREAF. How about others? How many of you on this thread really beleive there is substance to Chip's findings and considering selling on Monday?

The only thing I will do Monday moring is to add up my position if it goes down or even opens unchanged. Because we can't see this baby under 20 for long.

creaf not only made but beat estimates and DID NOT include revenues and/or profits from their aquisitions (as quoted from the conf call).

I don't know for Ensoniq but the last quarter they reported results Cambridge Soundworks had a small loss of $241,000 on revenues of $13,175,000.

I don't know the financial history of Cambridges Soundworks and the quarter just finished could be historically a strong one for them too but one cannot automatically assume that adding results of Ensoniq and Cambridge Soundworks will add to CREAF's bottom line or not reduce its profit margins. I agree, however, that adding their results for the very brief periods of ownership by CREAF would have been both difficult and inappropriate. It is possible that CREAF will restate this past quarter's earnings to include these results once the merger has had some time to mature. In fact, I believe it may be required to do so for tax purposes. The FY of Cambridge Soundworks and CREAF were different. I know nothing about Ensoniq's financials and do not find them among previously publicly traded companies.

Virgil, You raised an important point-CREAF is an Asian Company. I think that most Asian stocks have already gone "throiugh the ringer". At this point, I feel that CREAF's being an Asian stock is an advantage, not a disadvantage.

Also Dennis G and Lone trader- CREAF is in along-term uptrend. Until that trendline is broken, then you shoul dplay this stock long-term and a buy and hold.

Now CREAF whips around a lot on a short-term basis, and that volatility is what Chip Hunter is trying to play repeatedly on a short-term basis....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
