This Johns Hopkins site gives you up to date numbers about the pandemic. If you fiddle with the little button in the lower left corner, you’ll get numbers by the province and location.

Not sure how much can be concluded from the linearity of the increase in confirmed cases. It appears that the bottleneck is their ability to test. It is limited - apparently, to just a few thousand a day. Reportedly, in many cases it takes a few tests for an individual case to be confirmed - or cleared.
