<<Nope. They filed the suit in Britain, and the burden of proof is on Barron's. They have to prove that they didn't defame Osicom, not vice versa. British libel law is opposite this country's. It's why Kitty Kelly's latest book on the royal family was not published there.>> Oops, thanks for correcting me. I was under the mistaken notion that the suit was filed in the US. Now I need to consult with some of my barrister friends in UK to see the chances of the involved parties in this case.
