David, Personally, I am not concerned about the shares issued. I am concerned how those shares are used. If they are used to add more value and income to the company, that is what I like to see. In my previous conversations with Ira, he has indicated that the company does not need money. I think that it is most likely that the shares were used for the Myriad deal or other acquisitions they are working on. This is growth to the company. Ira said a week or two ago that he had the cash needed for the Myriad deal. I would guess that the added shares may have been used for that purpose. If FAMH is closing the deal any day, they would have to already have any cash needed to close the deal. In light of the size of the Myriad deal, in my opinion 4 million shares is NOT "printing shares like crazy." Cheryl
