this works as long and only as long as the Fed is willing to expand it's balance sheet, has folks who follow the buys and keep short term rates low

the idea that there simply is no tipping point is ludicrous ... how much marginal buying was required to push the 10 yr rate from 1.8% to 1.55%??

The Fed doesn't do this alone ... when it unwinds, they won't be in control of it.
