Bruce,
I am in total agreement with you on this issue. I, however, want to make it perfectly clear that I have respected Joe's (Medsker) many contributions to this thread. He has contributed much to the success of this thread. We are all going to disagree at one time or another. Time will have a way of letting the natural course of events take care of things. I'm sure that Mr. Murphy, with his many years of experience at Price-Waterhouse, and his team of lawyers will do what is right for his shareholders. Hasn't he already shown this to be true???? We are sitting on the verge of a VERY new horizon! Everyone will see this envelop very shortly. We have been POINTED in the right direction, we have had our chance to make decisions based on our own particular abilities to take advantage of the information that we have been able to digest, AND we have reached the point that a very clear picture is about to come into focus. I still stand by my statement that I have made for nearly 2 years!!! "IT IS UP TO EACH INDIVIDUAL TO MAKE A CONSCIENTIOUS DECISION TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT TO FIT THE NEEDS FOR HIS/HER INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY NEEDS."
I look forward to a great week and a great future.
"Grupo Brad"

Alright already!! I did not mean to raise your blood pressure. We all look at situations with a different view point but we all have the same final objective in mind. I just don't see how Joe can run a 12 month buyback program without keeping us informed at least on a quarterly basis. Besides, IMO Joe plans on DCI being listed in the next 120 days and this could very well end the program at that time. Another thing to keep in mind is that with a firm as large as PW handling the buyback do you really think the results will stay top secret? Bruce, IMO Joe would really prefer to use the $5 million to support the bid at the $5.00 price not $2.00, this will ensure the listing. I wish there was a fool proof way to lock out the day traders but they come with the territory. You all could very well be right. In the end Joe will do what needs to be done at the time, he has proven to be excellent at that.

Best Regards
