CNBC is reporting that Amazon is suing the Trump administration and the DOD over the $10B Pentagon cloud computing contract that was given to Microsoft even though Amazon had a lower bid. Amazon thinks the contract was awarded because Trump doesn't like Bezos and he ordered the Pentagon to give the contract to Microsoft to punish Bezos. Amazon is asking the court to be allowed to depose Trump, Esper, and Mattis to see if there was any funny stuff involved in the awarding of the contract. Well of course there was and I'm sure this will be deemed just another presidential prerogative by the cult but this will surely be a opportunity for Mattis to get a little payback against Trump if he so desires.
