DD, you can't just say they'd keep it halted and have no basis for the opinion other than it "sounds" right to you. What do you think they would do while it was halted, that they couldn't do by letting it reopen, that's the issue. You feel they must keep it halted to do something about the illegal shorts that can't be done if they let it reopen, what is it you are thinking?

I didn't suggest the SEC would look the other way, you stated it would remain halted, why?
