Ned, As I had mentioned in the past, the Aventura RAIN has an entrance/exit for the mall soon to opened(likely over next @2 weeks). The entrance should be a very busy one, and they also will have right next to the movie theaters which will be opening by the spring, with plans to stay opened until 1am( I think this time is correct)on weekends. They really expect that this will cause their sss to go up by the second year of operation instead of down, as the mall truly goes on line.
