<<How much is a "Rs 480 crore" project ? What is a "high power
committee ?">>>

LKO: Rs 480 crore = approx. US$127 million.
Crore =a unit of value equal to ten million rupees or 100 lakhs

High power committe= you got me! Probably 'high' ranking officials in the state goverment, whose job might be to approve such projects,I would think.

<<That is a lot of software professionals.>>> ain't it though.

companies doing software outsourcing ?>>
