And, there is one difference... between 1814 and 2016... that matters. It is well represented in the case of the Hartford Conspiracy, as here: The Hartford Convention or Leap or No Leap... or in a similar text presentation with a slightly different interpretation The difference is... the Hartford Conspiracy was in itself an act of sedition. There clearly must have been some acts of treason carried out in order to effect the required coordination between Americans and the King... just to enable the conversation in ever occurring... but those acts have remained hidden by the conspirators with only a few rumors surviving, buried in the history... with knowing nods casting blame at the time... but no overt proofs in hand that might meet Constitutional standards. In the Convention itself... no notes were taken in order to avoid creating a trail of evidence... The cartoon, though, note carefully... lampoons the Northern States for being too cowardly to follow through with action... But, in the Democrats case, in 2016... there was no such hesitation... not even a thoughtful pause. They launched into the void without even considering what it might mean or what might result... whether it succeeded or failed... That lack of judgement and restraint, in itself, a ringing validation of the voters choice... "They never thought they would lose"... remained their only view... right up until voters forced the Hillary quote, issued in desperation while trying to "whip" the "resistance" into ever more overt efforts... by forcing them to consider, at the end, what they should have considered long before when refusing to commit the crime. Not only did they do it... they crowed about it as they did it... leaving a paper trail a mile wide and deep... in almost every aspect of the effort. There are very few uncertainties left... in the "what happened" category... with most of that long since let out into the public square... to be assiduously ignored by the COMPLICIT media... Schiff's obvious coordination of fabrication with the fake "whistleblower" ? His attorney tweeted... all the way back in 2017... "the coup has begun"... You wonder why Trump says "These people are stupid"... ??? It's because they are. The coordination effort clearly involves not only Obama Adminidistraction hacks, Obama, Powers, Comey, Brennan, Clapper... various hyper-political denizens of the agencies at lower levels... but also a leadership cadre of the Democrats elected legislators... Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, Schumer... those most shrill and desperate to fabricate and "make stick" the most ludicrous accusations... clearly are those with most to lose... right, Maxine ? Cummings the only one certain to escape what's coming. How many of the Media and Tech CEO's are directly committed ? We'll lfind out, I guess. From the obstructions of justice to the spying and lying, cheating and withholding of evidence... the filing of false charges in political prosecutions... defrauding the courts... the overt coordination with foreign powers... the abuses of power in violating the law... laying bare defense critical secrets to our enemies... fulfilling the objectives of our enemies... while dividing the nation only for the purpose of protecting themselves from exposure and prosecution ? The Federalists... died because the voters understood their willingness to entertain the choice... The Democrats ? They're guilty of treason... while not batting an eye in choosing it... and they've done all that is required to prove it... while compounding the original mistakes with a fabulous three year long effort in serial obstruction... as Trump just fed them more rope... and gathered up all the evidence. The crowded field for 2020 ? Some of that clearly seems it is the false expectation that running for office will help protect them from the operation of the law... the whole impeachment fraud being about trying to insulate Biden from the consequences of his corrupt choices... while blaming Trump for doing what Biden did. In consequence... the D's have worked hard over the last three years to convince the public that what they did was horribly, horribly wrong... while blaming Trump for it... not ever thinking he might dodge their false accusations, and then pin that bushy tail on that donkey with a rail road spike ?
