Thomas: If you take Rick's suggestion and read the prior posts on this thread, especially those since November 21, 1997, you'll have a good overview of the pros and the cons on this company. May I suggest a possible course of action? Once you've read those prior posts, assemble a list of all of the unanswered questions you might have and present them, in writing, to the company. Then base your decision to buy or not to buy on the response, if any, you receive from the company. For the past couple of months many of us have directed very detailed, serious and relevant questions to the company. Those inquiries have been made via certified mail, fax, e-mail, and posts on this thread. In my personal opinion, those inquiries have largely gone unanswered. Perhaps you will have better luck then we have. Finally, let me clarify that many of us do not accept statements made by the company in verbal undocumented phone conversations. If you have questions, present them in writing and request a response in writing. Then post your questions and responses received here on the thread for all to see and discuss. The company and its representatives need to learn that all discussion, positive and negative, is beneficial to the company. Only through an honest and open public airing of investor questions can this company resolve it's credibility problem. One sided press releases or undocumented phone conversations are simply not enough. Good luck in your due diligence! Offie PS I'm sure if you have specific questions you can post them here on the thread and all of us will attempt to bring you up to date on the pros and cons of each issue.
