I can't believe I'm wasting my time,trying to prove the SEC is the governing agency,and it's responsibilities to protecting shareholders from illegal activities taking place in the stocks they own

No one is questioning the above, want to know why it has to remain halted. You said it, defend it if you can!! ;-)
