They're just generalizing their own experience... since they got all that they did through corruption... they assume that anyone else who has similarly accumulated wealth must have obtained it the same way. This is all true, but the most malicious aspect may be it’s trying to fuzzy up the very concept of ownership. Your business couldn’t exist without us - this means, it’s ours as well. The next thing that comes to mind is - maybe, it’s mostly ours.
