Wolfdog2: From Friday Briefing.com:08:57 ET Oilfield Services & Drillers: Merrill Lynch reiterates its ratings on oil stocks after yesterday's drubbing; feels that yesterday was an overreaction; reiterates its "accumulate" on Diamond Offshore (DO 39 7/8) and Schlumberger Ltd. (SLB 71 9/16); reiterates "buy" rating on Halliburton Co. (HAL 43 1/2) But I think this is just a lip service. I doubt they are starting to buy themselves, otherwise the price should not be this depressed. So IMO, don't give this kind so-called upgrade too much credit.
