Rich ..A board shop buying an assembler sounds like a "Wag the Dog" story to me. The assembly business is bigger and more complex even than the PCB trade. Merge with or be acquired by an assembler maybe. Also, PGTZ used to be in the business but it was not a happy story! PGTZ is solid, has a niche, has a good management team in an industry that is growing ... Okay so you're not getting wild JABIL style upside growth; I go elsewhere for that too but in my IRA I have PGTZ. When Malaysia kicks in it will get better in any case for all of us.
