Lou,

Long time no talk. Hope all is well. If you don't mind, I wanted to touch on a couple of points you made.

"PaineWebber"

Wow! Well respected firm. Mr. Murphy sure knows who to surround himself with.

"I'm tired of seeing the mo's and flips provided with more tools than they regularly have at their disposal. Let them take their chances as to when they bail. Too many of us here have spent too much personal time and money to continually provide information that winds up being used against our better interests."

I could not have said it better myself! Being a long term share holder, I am constantly disappointed with the "flippers" and their effect on the stock price. I am not against traders. I am against doing the "home work" for traders, via this thread and many of it's long term shareholders. I think Mr. Murphy is quite tired of it too! I personally hope the third and fourth wave will not be revealed until the stock price is above four. The reason for this is that I feel we will see a lot of our new found friends take the quick double. Waiting until we are above four with news on the way may help to spread out the selling on anticipation of the third and fourth wave.

On a side note to Joe Medsker. Even though I disagree with you on the buy back information, I want everyone to know that you have been a valuable and respectable source of input to this thread. Thanks.

Lou, I think that the points both you and Bruce made on this subject are valid and I back them 100%. The buyback isn't suppose to be a trading play, it's suppose to enhance the long term value of the company stock by increasing the buying power of shares used in M/A, accumulate cheap shares and also to perhaps allow other objectives to be met by the company that require a higher share price. Personally I don't think that there will be much doubt that the company is buying in the future since we should see that reflected in the stability of the stock and that is good enough for me. I am also hoping that in knowing that there is a guaranteed large buyer out there, that the MM's and others will be a lot more reluctant in taking short positions. Knowing that there is a 5 million $ "insurance policy" backing the price of DCTC is a real stress reliever for me. :) I'd like to see that 5 million last well into 98 personally, and maybe if it's as sucessful as I think it could be and the company ends up flush with cash again, extend it. (and still have the price of DCTC where it should be).

Nice to see you on the BB Lou.

James
