It seems more likely though that it will have a much higher infection % and a much lower fatality % given the likelyhood that containment efforts fail and the likely number of untreated, undiagnosed, mild cases.?.?

While tragic for the people who die, as well as their friends and family, with a world population of 7.5 billion it's basically a rounding error.
