Mike, The lower highs PCTH has made since approaching 7 don't look too good. It has some room to go up but the intermediate technicals don't have the strength to break it above the last lower high so I expect that pattern to continue. It seems to have made a higher low so far but it doesn't have a whole lot going for the short-term technicals and it is more likely that it will make another lower low than for it to base out here for preperation to move up again. I don't like the risk/reward at this point. Doug R
