Hi Slick, You raise some very valid well thought out points. I am hoping that there is more to these transactions that have not yet been addressed given that it is the weekend. I admit I have gone out on a limb here defending GMD and Farrell against cries of "criminal". I have no inside information but my gut tells me that this group will ride out this storm and GMD won't suffer any long term damage. let's wait and see what develops next week before we make any dire predictions. best wishes Surething
