You have a limited number of people you can eliminate. If the jury pool is 96% Demonrats, like DC, you are totally screwed.

That juror is a lawyer and may not have disclosed everything during jury selection. If that's true, she may have committed an Ethics violation, by Bar Association standards.

Why did the defense attorneys not disqualify that juror. I remember reading a short while back that the defense attorneys tried to disqualify her but the judge overruled them. Even the judge is a judicial activist and hates conservatives. This judge should be looked into for serial corruption. There's an apparent pattern of biased behavior by her that should lead to her removal. CF Rebel
