I have been disconected from the Pink Sheets lately so I can not say much about the Prozac litigation. The warfarin profits are coming in, another Quarter before this stock shows up on some stock screens

Barr Laboratories Applies To List Stock On NYSE Dow Jones Newswires POMONA, N.Y. -- Barr Laboratories Inc. (BRL) filed an application to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange. In a press release Thursday, the company said it anticipates its stock to begin trading on the NYSE in early February under the same symbol it has now, BRL. Barr Laboratories' stock has traded on the American Stock Exchange since 1988. Barr Laboratories develops, makes and markets generic and proprietary pharmaceuticals.
