Thanks for the thoughts.

The dividend yield is so high in BGS. I was thinking the daily volatility in BGS was trading almost like a stock that was going EX- dividend. One positive, I see BGS has over those others you mentioned. It's much smaller and can move quicker to turn operations around. Meanwhile I believe it has sufficient near term financing in place. I haven't look over recent financing on what or if any covenants restriction are in place. RE-paying dividends or niche acquisitions.
