Why is some stupid poll important to you John? Why is a poll of the general public more important than a poll of CIOs? Why do you think a poll of "computer users", most of which probably use PC's in a business environment where support is provided and its cost is hidden, is a "reality check for Microsoft bashers"? How is this "reality" more relevant than the reality of "standard Microsoft business practice"? Why do you ask dumb rhetorical questions? Why do I bother to answer?
