But they've been doing exactly that for years. (In this case, how long will it take to build these new mental health treatment centers? Maybe another 10 years? California government is notorious for taking that long to build something.) Anyway, this is not a new problem. This is a problem that has been going on for a while now. The trouble is that libtards like yourself don't want to enforce the law against transients. They don't want to relocate homeless people, unless of course they're camped right outside their own residences. They think enforcing the law against them is too cruel and too inhumane. So instead they force us to tolerate them, to deal with them, to see them each and every day, in hopes that they can stroke our guilty consciences and advocate more and more government programs. But this is not just a mere inconvenient sight. This is a PUBLIC SAFETY issue. This is a PUBLIC HEALTH issue. San Fran-SHITS-co rightfully earned its nickname, despite being the most wealthy city in America. It's so bad that Mayor London Breed had to hire "pooper troopers" to clean up the streets, each of which is paid like $70K/year. But there's no way said "pooper troopers" can immediately clean up the shit shortly after it hits the pavement. It stays there for a while, it stinks up the air, and it attracts bugs, vermin, and disease. I repeat: These cities can easily deal with it if they enforce the fuckin' law. But they don't. Because they "care." And I'm left having to deal with it, to alter my commutes, to plan for walking through areas rife with transients, and to make sure my wife is escorted through these areas. So don't go telling me that I have NO plan to improve the situation, because I do indeed have a plan, and it's a plan that has proven to work, especially in NYC during the days of Rudy Giuliani. But that plan is thrown back into my face because I'm supposedly a selfish bastard who doesn't "care" about humanity. Tenchusatsu
