Just like Brumar, you feign ignorance when you are in an indefensible position.

For starters, taking a shit in the streets and using illegal drugs is, well, illegal.

So is camping out where you're not supposed to.

You wanna tell me that's actually legal, and that's the reason why police won't do anything about the homeless?
