I am quite happy with Datek trading especially on NASDAQ, and despite some odd fills at times they generally turned out OK. Due to the pressure of other business I have not been trading much over the past couple of months but I am holding some PM stocks and trading occasionally. I expect to be trading more by the end of February. My main beefs with Datek were delays in fund transfers, both in and out; those were resolved, but only after unreasonable delay. I have seen a better commitment to getting those matters resolved in the past couple of months but as I am considering a transfer of a substantial block of NASDAQ trading stock into Datek soon, I would really like to check that their response to service questions has improved as well.
