Gary, can you give a down to earth explaination of the differences between MIDL common, preffered and warrants?

I recall reading on the thread that in Oct '98, one MIDLP converts to 35 MIDL common. Is that correct? And what do warrants do, how do they convert, and what is their market potential for MIDL?
