If a republican is capable of understanding math, let's begin by proving you wrong. The budget deficits exploded under every fiscally conservative president. Reagan gave us record deficits, Bush 41 gave us record deficits, Bush 43 gave us record deficits and now Trump is giving us trillion dollar deficits. All of them said their tax cuts would grow the economy so they could spend more and they were wrong every single time.

Add to this the simple fact that most republicans promised to never raise taxes. How do republicans pay for their spending? They depend on more revenue from tax cuts which never materialize. Therefore, it's safe to say there isn't a single republican who can do math. You can say you do, but you vote for people who do the opposite.

If you can do math and if you're old enough, did you vote for President Clinton? He balanced the budget with tax increases. He could add.
